Job description

  • You carry out analyses at clients' sites to understand their business and processes in order to optimise them.
  • You formalise the client's needs into a functional analysis.
  • In Mercator, you carry out parameterisation, screen drawing and database queries.
  • You install the software and new functionalities.
  • You coordinate the tasks of the developers.
  • You are the interface between the client and the development team. You carry out the testing of the solutions and assist the client in their implementation.
  • You train users in the software's functionalities. You will produce tools (reporting, PowerBI, etc.) enabling clients to use their data to better manage their business.
  • You will provide support for clients.

Your profile

  • You have a master's degree in management.
  • You have a particular affinity for IT management and you know SQL.
  • You are competent in project management: distribution of work, supervision of participants, time and planning management, commercial and financial management, etc.
  • You have knowledge of databases. 
  • You are energetic and proactive. You are able to take responsibility and find solutions.
  • You are rigorous and organised.
  • You are comfortable working in a team.
  • The little extra: You have a technical background in C#.
