The CRM Mercator is a customer relationship management tool that is fully integrated in your Mercator. This module allows you to break your prospective customers into segments to launch your marketing campaigns, put your mailing into operation, ensure the follow-up of your offers or even generate business figure forecasts.
This module will also allow you to manage your employees' schedules and tasks. When the expiry date of the task has arrived, Mercator will display a reminder at that person's terminal. Mercator CRM can also use the Microsoft Outlook© calendar and task manager instead of what is standard.
A characteristic of the Mercator Action Management used in the CRM is that it can also function in other contexts. Within the context of project management, you will therefore be able to follow the various actions to carry out and define the chain of those actions. For example:
- For project management in Construction and Public Works: invoicing per phase, project control, provisional delivery, etc.
- In the bookkeeping or accounting context, the management of actions will, for example, be used to send and follow-up the VAT returns or other official documents
